Mr. Susk has in-depth knowledge of business, competitive practices, antitrust law, financial institutions, real estate, land use, and governmental relations. His expertise in these fields has led to his collaboration with an array of businesses including multi-national corporations, financial institutions, venture backed businesses, and professional investors.
Mr. Susk is an accomplished trial attorney who has conducted complex trials and appeals in both state and federal courts. He has managed matters involving state and federal agencies and governmental bodies, and has acted as a policy advisor to both state and federal government officials on Internet and technology issues.
Mr. Susk has served as managing partner of a law firm and as CEO of early stage ventures in eFinance and digital medical imaging. He has sat on several private, government, and non-profit boards, and has served his community as a councilmember and mayor. Through his broad experience, Mr. Susk has developed a strong network of relationships in the business, legal, and governmental communities.
Mr. Susk received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he served a judicial externship at the Supreme Court of California, and received his bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University.
